What We Do

What can we do for you?

24/7 emergency service and clear communication about your truck or equipment repair.

brake & air system repairs

Gloved hand spraying a truck air line fitting to locate a leak with soap bubbles

Brake and air system problems need careful attention because loss of air pressure can affect safe truck operation. Roscoe’s handles mobile brake and air system calls, including air leaks, beginning with the symptoms you can describe from a safe position. Share whether pressure falls while parked, whether the system struggles to build pressure, whether a brake warning is showing and whether the issue appears linked to the truck or trailer. Do not continue driving a vehicle with an unresolved brake or air warning. On arrival, the affected system is assessed and the repair is discussed based on the findings. Having keys available and trailer locks removed helps provide access, but never disconnect lines or go beneath an unsupported vehicle just to prepare for the call.

engine diagnostics, starters & alternators

Warning lights, no-start conditions and charging problems do not identify a single repair on their own. Roscoe’s provides computerized engine diagnostics at the truck’s location, helping turn those symptoms into information that can guide the next step. Starter and alternator repairs are handled on-site as well. Share the vehicle type, warning message and any recent change in performance during the first call: whether the engine cranks, whether the battery light is on and whether the truck stalled or simply would not start. If you have a fault code already, include it, but do not clear codes just to hide a warning before assessment. Forced DPF regeneration on-site is available where appropriate for the vehicle and the findings. Regeneration and component replacement are assessment-dependent, not a promise that every warning can be corrected with one procedure. Engine and transmission replacement are not featured services.

belts, hoses, cooling & hydraulic repairs

Gloved mechanic fitting a new serpentine belt and coolant hose on a semi truck diesel engine

A failed belt, a split coolant hose or a burst hydraulic line can stop a truck or piece of equipment in the middle of the job. Roscoe’s brings belt, hose and cooling repairs, plus hydraulic hose repair, to the vehicle’s location. During intake, tell Sean what you noticed: a temperature warning, steam, a squeal from the belt area, fluid under the vehicle or equipment that lost hydraulic function. Note the fluid color if you can see it safely. Do not open a hot radiator or coolant cap, and keep clear of hydraulic lines that may still be under pressure. Lower attachments to the ground where it is safe to do so and shut the engine off. On arrival, the affected belt, hose or line is assessed and the repair is discussed based on the findings.

preventative maintenance & wheel seal repairs

Technician removing a spin-on filter from a semi truck with its hood open over a drain pan

Preventative maintenance is easier to coordinate when the service can come to the vehicles. Roscoe’s works on-site with fleet and commercial trucks, light-duty trucks, pickups and equipment trailers, and handles wheel seal repairs as part of keeping them on the road. A leaking wheel seal often shows up as oil or grease on the inside of the wheel or tire; mention that during intake along with the axle position. Describe the vehicles you operate, the work requested and where they will be available, so the visit is discussed around the actual equipment rather than a generic package. Keep relevant service records and known issues available. This is not a published fixed-price plan or an automatic fleet contract. Sean is considering a monthly fleet membership, but any possible labor or mileage discounts and light-check benefits remain unfinalized.
