On-Site Diagnostics: Start With the Symptoms

What to share when a truck warning light or running issue prompts a mobile diagnostic call.

On this page

A warning light does not identify a single repair on its own. Roscoe’s Advanced Diagnostics includes computerized engine diagnostics and forced DPF regeneration on-site.

Information for the first call

Share the vehicle type, warning message and any recent performance change. Include fault codes if available, but do not clear them to hide a warning before assessment.

Assessment comes first

Forced regeneration depends on the vehicle and findings. It is not a promise that every warning or running complaint can be corrected with one procedure. Tell Sean about any safety-related warnings before arranging engine diagnostics.
